ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

FIIT Academy delivers structured strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes ages 13–17, tailored to the needs of teams and individual athletes. Team-based and small-group athlete development. On-site at partner facilities or designated training locations. Scheduling is customized based on team and organizational needs.

Led by current and former competitive athletes, our coaching team brings real sport experience, proven training systems, and a high-performance environment that

challenges athletes to improve every session. Whether an athlete plays basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, track—or wants to improve overall athleticism—FIIT Academy builds the physical foundation required for sport.

TEAM TRAINING

Team training is priced per team, not per athlete.

Team programs start at:

  • $200 per session

  • $1,500 per month (12 sessions)

​

Custom pricing is available for schools, clubs, and multi-team partnerships.
