10-WEEK ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

FIIT Academy is a 10-week strength and conditioning program designed for young athletes (ages 13-17) who want to get stronger, faster and more confident in their sport. Led by current and former athletes, our coaching team brings real experience, proven training systems, and a high-energy environment that helps athletes unlock their full potential.

Whether your athlete plays basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, track, or simply wants to improve overall strength and athleticism - FIIT Academy builds the foundation every young athlete needs.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE & DETAILS

PHASE NO.1

Foundation & Movement Quality

  • Proper technique for squats, hinges, lunges, pushes, and pulls

  • Activation & mobility

  • Core strength & stability 

  • Intro to speed mechanics

PHASE NO.2

Strength & Speed Development

  • Progressive strength training

  • Acceleration work

  • Agility and change-of-direction drills

  • Power development (med ball work, jumps, etc.)

PHASE NO.3

Power, Conditioning & Performance

  • Explosive power training

  • Sport-specific conditioning

  • Reaction, timing, and footwork

  • Final athlete testing and progress review

Length: 10 weeks

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays

Location: Midtown Toronto

Ages: 13 - 17
