Involve your partner and/or friends in your fitness journey by training together. It’s a great way to support and encourage your partner and everyone in the group. Your personalized group program is tailored to understand the needs, goals and personality of the group. Exercise selections accommodate all fitness levels within the group.

Customized Training Programs.

Fitness journeys that lead to personalized destinations.

AMFIIT’s custom programs are tailored to your specific needs and goals. They are based on your initial one-on-one interview with your trainer and on your performance in the initial fitness assessment. Programs are designed in 4-week blocks. After completing one training block, you are provided with a new program based on your progress in the previous program. This provides variety in your training going forward.

Customized Meal Plans.

Tailoring your nutrition to your fitness plan.

AMFIIT’s customized meal plans are based on your everyday nutritional requirements and goals. They are designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Without overly restrictive dietary measures, they promote long-term improvement in your health, performance, or body-composition. Meal plans include weekly weight check-ins and bi-weekly meal changes, as well as weekly adjustments for your caloric and macronutrient needs per day.

FIIT after 50

FIIT after 50 is a specialized training program designed for individuals 60-80 years old of all fitness levels. The program uses research-based training recommendations for this elder demographic. The program improves strength, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory fitness using both aerobic and resistance training methods.

FIIT Kids

FIIT Kids is a training program designed to get kids moving in a fun, safe and effective manner. The program uses research-based studies and training recommendations specifically geared towards improving body composition, muscular fitness, and cardiorespiratory fitness for children. The program combines aerobic and resistance exercises performed in a circuit-style manner, using only bodyweight exercises.

Total Body FIIT

Total Body FIIT is a specialized full-body training approach designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, mobility, body composition, and cardiorespiratory fitness. The workouts are performed in a circuit-style manner using resistance and high-intensity exercises that keep you moving at all times throughout the workouts
